OUR VISION

Cornerstone International Christian Fellowship (CICF) has been serving the community for many years. Under the new vision and leadership of our pastors, Moses and Nina Savar, there is a fresh move of the Holy Spirit.

MISSION STATEMENT:

To bring families to the saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ, and build them up as His effective disciples.
To provide a Christian witness and community in which one can grow in intimacy with the Lord first, and then share the Grace and love of Christ with each other and others in ever increasing circles of influence. Ephesians 2:20-22 (NIV) 20 built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone. 21 In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. 22 And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by His Spirit.

WHAT WE BELIEVE: TENETS OF FAITH

I. We believe in one God that exists in three persons, namely: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

God the Father the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the creator of heaven and earth, sovereign Lord over the entire universe.
God the Son the second person of the Holy Trinity. Jesus Christ, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin. He lived a sinless life, was crucified on a Roman cross, died, was buried, and rose from the grave on the third day. He ascended into heaven, is exalted and will come again to judge the living and the dead.
God the Holy Spirit the third person of the Triune God who guides every believer into the truth, convicts them of sins, comforts them, and empowers each one in the service of God.

II. The Holy Bible is the Word of God. We believe the Holy Bible is the infallible, inerrant and inspired Word of God. It is the final authority of our Christian faith, daily living, and

witness.

III. The Church is the Body of Christ, the habitation of God through the Spirit, with

divine appointments for the fulfillment of her great commission. Each believer, born of the Spirit, is an integral part of the Church whose names are written in heaven.

IV. The Ordinances of the Church:

• Baptism in Water by immersion as commanded by the Scriptures.

• Holy Communion, the Lord's Supper, consisting of the elements --bread and the fruit of the vine-- is the symbol expressing our sharing the divine nature of the Lord Jesus Christ.
